• Orders placed before 1 PM will be processed same day and delivered the next working day.

• Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the next day and delivered the day after that.

• Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing your order.

• Refunds are only issued if your order is incorrect.

• Delivery is handled by third-party couriers — delays caused by couriers are outside our control, but we’ll support where possible.
