At Puff Puff & Co, we’re committed to delivering your orders fresh, fast, and with care. Please read our shipping and delivery guidelines below:

Delivery Within London

We offer same-day collection and next-day delivery across London postcodes:.

  • Same-Day collection: Available for orders placed before 12 PM (subject to availability).

  • Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 1 PM same day.

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday

  • Delivery Times: deliveries are tracked and you will be notified by our courier about the delivery window .

  • Delivery fees are standard £4.99 for Next Day Deliveries ordered before 1pm.

Collection

Prefer to pick up your order? Select 'Collection' at check-out and pick-up from our North West London location. These are our standard collection times, for large orders (over £60), you can fill out our contact form to specify your preferred collection time.

  • Standard Pick-up slots: 2 PM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday, 3PM - 5PM Sunday only.

UK Mainland Shipping

We’re delivering Puff Puff & Co treats across the UK (England, Scotland and Wales except Ireland). .

Important Notes

  • We recommend consuming puff puffs on the day of delivery for the best taste and texture.

  • For reheating, pop them in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes on low heat to enjoy that fresh-out-the-fryer feel.

  • Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order.

  • Missed deliveries cannot be refunded, but we’ll always try to help where possible.
