📦 Ordering, Delivery & Collection

Q: What days do you deliver?
A: We offer next-day delivery from Monday to Friday across England, Scotland, and Wales (mainland only). 

• Next-Day Delivery (Monday – Thursday): £4.99

 

Q: What is the cut-off time for next-day delivery?
A: Place your order by 12:00 PM  for next-day delivery.

Orders placed on Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Q: Where are you based for collection?
A: Collections are available from our location in North West London (NW9). You will receive the address after payment.

 

Q: What are your collection times?
A: Place your order by 1:00 PM for same-day collection. Need something last minute? In some cases we can accomdate orders after 1pm for same day collection. Contact us to check availability. See our collection schedule below (times may be subject to change):

 

Collection Times:

Monday - Friday: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Saturday: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Sunday: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Q: What flavours are available?
A: We offer 5 delicious options: The Classic, Salted Caramel, Bispoff Crumble, Cinnamon Sugar, and Belgian Chocolate.

 

Q: How is the puff puff packed?
A: Each flavour is packed in a lined box to maintain freshness.

 

Q: Is your puff puff freshly made?
A: Yes – every order is made from scratch, and packed on the same day for maximum freshness for same day collection or next day delivery.

 

Q: How long do they stay fresh?
A: They can be kept in the fridge and is best eaten within 4 days. You can reheat in an air fryer or oven for a fresh-out-the-pan feel.

Q: Do you accept bulk or event orders?
A: Absolutely. We cater for corporate events and large groups. Reach out via our contact form for custom pricing and availability.

 

Q: Do you offer experience-based events or masterclasses?
A: Absolutely! We teach the traditional way of making puff puff – with your hands ✋. It’s a fun and interactive masterclasses for group bookings.  Fill out our contact form and we’ll respond within 48hrs.
